What types of fabrics do you use in your sarees?
We love using natural fabrics like cotton, linen, and mulmul because they’re super soft and comfortable to wear all day. Plus, they drape beautifully, whether you’re dressing up for a casual outing or a festive celebration!
Are your sarees ready to wear or do they require stitching?
Our sarees come ready to drape, so you can wear them straight away without any hassle. We’re also excited to launch pre-draped sarees soon for an even easier, fuss-free style!
How do I care for my Powerpallu sarees?
To keep your Powerpallu sarees looking beautiful, we recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning. Use mild detergents and avoid direct sunlight while drying to preserve the fabric and colors.
What is your shipping policy and delivery time?
We ship all across India, and your order usually reaches you within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges depend on your location and order size, and we’ll keep you updated with tracking details once your package is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it and hope to offer international shipping very soon!
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Exchange with the same or higher value.
- No return No exchange for free product.
- Items purchased on discounts or sale are non returnable and non exchangeable.
- No return, no exchange on accessories.
1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of receiving the order. Send email to exchange.powerapllu@gmail.com
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Non-returnable Items:
- Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
5. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
6. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange: If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note. Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
Refund Policy:
1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Powerpallu’s quality check.
2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
3. Exceptions: Products bought on discount are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Powerpallu team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.
Please email us on exchange.powerapllu@gmail.com with the damaged or defective product’s photos and videos within 48 hours of delivery for us to initiate the exchange or return. Without an email and proof, we will fail to process your request.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email and SMS so you can easily keep an eye on its journey right to your doorstep.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can choose gift wrapping at checkout to make your gift extra special.
How often do you launch new collections?
We launch new collections every two weeks, so there’s always something fresh and exciting to look forward to!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and also offer cash on delivery (COD) for select locations.
